Responsibilities

Associate Manager Trainee

 

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a hard-working, dedicated individual with a passion for providing the best guest service possible for the role of Associate Manager Trainee. The Associate Manager Trainee position is one that is designed to give the new team member key-holder responsibilities after the first 90 days of joining our team.

Associate Manager Trainees will be responsible for key-holder responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn and apply all of ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ standard operating procedures.
  • Learn the responsibilities of a Shift Manager, including properly opening/closing the store, inventory counts and special orders.

Qualifications

  • No formal managerment experience is necessary.
  • Preferred candidates will have some retail and/or entry-level management experience.
