Utilize material handling equipment to pick and convey received product shipments to bulk locations, by performing the following duties:  




  • Assists in unloading products received in scheduled truck shipments at the distribution center loading bay.
  • Scans in all product shipments received at distribution center loading bay.
  • Proficiently operates a forklift to pick and convey scanned shipments to designated bulk locations for storage, to await store product requisition.
  • Proficiently operates a turret truck to pick and convey product in areas of the distribution center that cannot safely be accessed by a forklift.
  • Proficiently operates a standing forklift to safely access and store product in high areas of the distribution center.
  • Accounts for any damages occurred during shift and cleaning any spills or breakages associated with the damaged merchandise or product.
  • Assists in maintaining warehouse safety standards, such as ensuring all pallets are down-stacked properly and areas are clean and free from debris that may hinder any material handling equipment’s movement.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.



Monday - Thursday 

5:00am - 3:30pm 
Occasional overtime





Certificates and Licenses:  Certified to operate forklift.



Education/Experience: Proven experience in safely operating a variety of material handling equipment.



Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other team members of the organization.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly exposed to humid conditions while working inside the warehouse.
  • The team member is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. 
  • The team member is frequently exposed to working in high, precarious places (greater than 6ft), while operating some material handling equipment. 
  • The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. 
  • The team member is frequently exposed to vibration. 
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Must be able to remain sitting for long periods of time while operating material handling equipment in the warehouse. 
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk throughout the warehouse to accomplish essential duties and tasks that do not call for use of material handling equipment. 
  • Must regularly lift and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds of product that get delivered to the loading bay. 
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms for product or merchandise that may be out of a comfortable distance and use hands to operate material handling equipment. 
  • A person in this position is occasionally required to communicate to other team members or their supervisor, in regards to work duties, tasks or any potential safety concerns that may arise in their work area or the warehouse distribution center. 
  • Frequently required to move, position, and/or rotate themselves in a way to access products and/or objects in the work area or warehouse in harder to reach areas and/or below waist level or above shoulder level. 
  • A person in this position may occasionally require their sense of smell, in order to identify or distinguish areas where product damage may have taken place, if the product is hidden from plain sight. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include; close vision (at 20 inches or less), distance vision (at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
